Thomas Hart Medical & Dental Center Now Open

April 5, 2023 – Stewart & Tate Construction recently completed interior renovations to a space within the Queensgate Shopping Center in York, PA, on behalf of Wellspan Health. The project entailed the selective demolition of existing tenant spaces, new underslab plumbing and medical gas rough-ins, and seven roof top units to support the space. Thirty-three total family medicine exam rooms and 24 total dental operatory rooms were created. Half of the facility serves the family medicine practice, WellSpan Family Medicine – Thomas Hart, and the other half serves as the dental center, WellSpan Dental – Hoodner.
