Stewart & Tate to Renovate a Portion of the Former Osram Sylvania Building for New Print-o-Stat Headquarters

March 15, 2019 — Stewart & Tate has been contracted to renovate 28,400 SF of the former Osram Sylvania building at 1128 Roosevelt Avenue, York, to house the new corporate headquarters of Print-O-Stat. The space will feature a showroom, offices, production area, Autodesk training center, conference rooms, lunch room and warehouse space. Construction started in late February 2019; completion and occupancy are targeted for July 2019.

For more than 60 years, Print-O-Stat has been the leading provider of products and services for a variety of businesses, including construction, architecture, engineering, manufacturing, design, and many others both large and small.

In 2017, building owner Stewart Properties revitalized the 190,000 SF former manufacturing facility to a multi-tenant, mixed-use facility which houses offices, warehouse and light production. Work performed by Stewart & Tate entailed demolition, interior and exterior renovations and the addition of an 8-bay loading dock area. Current tenants include UGPLAST, MatterHackers and The Wolf Organization.
