Stewart & Tate to Construct a Distribution Facility in Denver, PA

February 13, 2023 — Stewart & Tate Construction has been awarded a contract to serve as General Contractor for Wright Ebersole, LLC in the construction of a 325,000 SF concrete tilt-up warehouse to be located at 2222 North Reading Road, Denver, East Cocalico Township, PA.

This $19 million project on a 34-acre site will include the construction of foundations, slabs, concrete tilt-up panels, dock aprons, and structural steel joist and decking. The facility will feature 22 loading docks and 4,300 SF of office area. Construction is scheduled to commence in May and is anticipated to be complete by the end of 2023.
