Stewart & Tate to Build Fitness Studio in Gettysburg

April 22, 2019 — Stewart & Tate Construction has been awarded a contract for the construction and related sitework of a new exercise facility to be located at Proline Place in Straban Township, Gettysburg. The exterior of the 3,293 SF building, designed by KD3 Design Studio, will feature stone and board and batten siding in order to match the historical nature of the area. Sitework is scheduled to begin at the end of April, with construction to follow in May. The project should be finalized by August.

Owner, Incentives LLC, plans to rent the facility to providers who offer fitness programs, including Jazzercise, tai chi, yoga, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu/mixed martial arts.
