Stewart & Tate Renovating Rutter’s at I-83 Exit #8 in York

June 13, 2017 —York-based Stewart & Tate Construction recently began work at Rutter’s located at I-83 exit #8 and Leader Heights Road in York, PA.

The project will involve renovations to the existing 3,500-square-foot store and upgrades to the fuel stations. Work will also involve an over 2,600-square-foot expansion which will be located on the site of a former car wash facility.

The remodeled store will feature Rutter’s newest layout which includes a restaurant-style kitchen, seating for 30, expanded fueling positions, and dedicated hi-speed diesel lanes for tractor-trailers.

The renovation and expansion is slated for completion this November.
