Stewart & Tate Contributes to New Upperco Volunteer Fire Company Building

February 23, 2023 – We are proud to have been involved in this memorable project with our fellow Stewart Companies businesses, Lewis Contractors and Riley Welding:

Lewis Contractors recently completed construction of the new Upperco, MD Volunteer Fire Company building. An interesting part of the project was a Fire Company Memorial featuring two cast bells to honor the company’s history.

Riley Welding was called-upon to fabricate the metal stands for the bells, and our Stewart & Tate Industrial Division rigged and placed the bells onto the memorial base.
