Stewart & Tate Construction Completes First Honda “Blue Stage” Design in United States

November 15, 2024 – Honda dealerships across the United States will be receiving a new look as franchisees plan upgrades or new dealership construction for their facilities. The brand’s new dealership design theme, called “Blue Stage,” offers a modern and contemporary look.

Faulkner Honda Harrisburg recently completed its new facility at 3801 Paxton Street, Harrisburg, with Stewart & Tate Construction as the Construction Manager. Stewart & Tate previously completed projects for Faulkner BMW, Infiniti, Nissan, and Porsche of Mechanicsburg.

The project involved transforming an existing two-story office building into two separate dealerships by removing the central section. One side now houses Faulkner Toyota, while the other is the new Faulkner Honda dealership. Despite challenges with the site, lead times, and supply, Stewart & Tate finished the project on schedule and within budget.

Approximately 2,800 SF was added to the front of the building for a new showroom, including a new Honda Blue Stage-featured cantilevered canopy, ACM louver, exterior finishes and concrete plaza for new vehicle display. A 17,900 SF pre-engineered metal building was added to the rear of the structure to serve as a new service center. The interior was fully redesigned on both floors to align with Honda’s Blue Stage guidelines.
