Stewart & Tate Completes the Construction of a Pei Wei Asian Diner in Hunt Valley

November 25, 2013 — Stewart & Tate Construction has completed the construction of a Pei Wei Asian Diner restaurant located in the Hunt Valley Towne Centre in Cockeysville, MD. Started in September of this year, the 3,385 SF building was completed on a fast-track schedule of only 11 weeks. The 66 seat restaurant is scheduled to open in early December.

Pei Wei Asian Diner, owned and operated by P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, offers a menu of fresh, high quality Asian cuisine featuring 35 bright, flavorful hand-cut ingredients.
