Stewart & Tate Completes New Faulkner Nissan

March 29, 2019 — York, PA based-Stewart & Tate Construction recently wrapped up an 8-month construction project at Faulkner Nissan in Mechanicsburg one week ahead of schedule.

Work involved construction of a 28,300 SF two-story facility featuring a new showroom, sales, service and accounting areas, two (2) enclosed service reception lanes, five (5) service bays, and a customer lounge and café. The brand new facility meets Nissan Motor Company’s latest store architecture and design standards.

Located at 6627 Carlisle Pike in Silver Spring Township, the dealership now joins other Faulkner brands, such as Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Subaru and Volkswagen. The dealership had been temporarily operating at 6305 Carlisle Pike after its acquisition from the Brenner Family of Dealerships early in 2018. Inventory was moved on March 22, and the new location opened for business on March 23.

Other automotive industry-related projects recently completed by Stewart & Tate include construction of a new Toyota of York dealership in York, PA, and renovations to Faulkner Infiniti in Mechanicsburg, PA, Faulkner BMW in Lancaster, PA, and Apple Subaru in York, PA.
