Stewart & Tate Completes $17M Improvement Project at Carlisle Construction Materials, Inc.

August 13, 2015 —Stewart & Tate Construction has recently completed a $17M plant improvement project at Carlisle Construction Materials, Inc.

Selected to complete the design and construction of the plant expansion and associated sitework, construction at the plant began in 2013.

The work involved the construction of numerous storm water management ponds, a new loop road to improve traffic flow around the campus, a 57,000 SF manufacturing building which connects two existing buildings for the purpose of housing a new TPO Roofing line, and 20,000 SF of office space additions and renovations. Stewart & Tate also managed the construction of a new rail siding and tank farm which provides a means of delivery and storage for pellets used in the manufacturing of TPO roofing.
