Stewart & Tate Building New Shopping Center in Hanover, PA

May 17, 2017 — Stewart & Tate Construction is currently constructing a new retail and restaurant destination in Hanover, PA.

Being developed by Apple Retail Properties of York, PA, the new shopping center will be located at the corner of Carlisle Street and Eisenhower Drive.

The new site will feature two separate multi-tenant retail buildings.

The first phase of work involves the construction of an 8,200-square-foot building that will include Starbucks, Firehouse Subs, Great Clips, and MOD Pizza and is set for completion this fall.

The second phase of construction includes an 8,700-square-foot building where space is currently available for lease.
