Stewart & Tate Awarded Over 1 Million Square Feet of Warehouse Construction

January 14, 2015 —Stewart & Tate Construction has been selected to construct over one million square feet of warehousing space in Maryland.

The scope of work involves the construction of two tilt-up distribution facilities for Maryland-based developer, Chesapeake Real Estate Group.

The projects include a 435,000 SF warehouse at Baltimore Crossroads @95, a 1,000 acre mixed-use business community positioned in the White Marsh area of Baltimore County, and a 571,000 SF facility on a 48 acre site at Perryman Logistics Center in Aberdeen.

The projects are slated for completion in the summer and early fall of 2015, respectively.
