Stewart & Tate Awarded Construction Contracts For 2 Rutter’s Locations

January 12, 2018 — Stewart & Tate Construction was recently awarded construction contracts at two (2) Rutter’s locations in Hellam, PA and Walkersville, MD.

The project at the Walkersville, MD, location will consist of the construction of a new 7,450 SF store featuring Rutter’s newest layout, which includes a restaurant-style kitchen and seating for 30, 10 new gas fueling lanes and dedicated hi-speed diesel lanes for tractor-trailers. Building construction is planned for a mid-February start.

The project at the Hellam, PA, location will consist of the construction of a new 7,843 SF store with the updated layout and 14 new gas fueling lanes. Building construction is planned for a mid-March start.

Both projects will entail demolition of existing buildings, paving, site work, highway work and traffic signal work.
