Progress Continues on 755,000 Square-Foot Warehouse in York

August 2, 2016 – Progress continues on a new distribution center being built at 1445 Eden Road in Springettsbury Township.

Stewart & Tate Construction is building the Eden Road Logistics Center—a 754,902 square-foot tilt-up warehouse being built on a speculative basis.

The project is being developed by Northpoint Development of Riverside, MO, a real estate development, management and leasing firm that is principally focused on industrial, multi-family, and senior living markets in the central and eastern parts of the United States.

The logistics center is located on a 58-acre industrial re-use site along Route 30 in York which was formerly a Harley Davidson manufacturing facility. Completion is set for the end of 2016.

Stewart & Tate has completed several large warehousing projects in recent months including a 435,490 square-foot facility located at Baltimore Crossroads @95—a 1,000 acre mixed-use business community positioned in the White Marsh area of Baltimore County and most recently, Perryman Logistics Center, a 571,000 square-foot speculative warehouse in Harford County, Maryland.
