Stewart & Tate Construction recently completed an office renovation for a packaging manufacturer, delivering an updated and functional workspace that aligns with the client’s operational needs and brand image. The project was awarded by Rand-Whitney Container, a leader in the design and production of custom corrugated packaging, protective packaging solutions, point-of-purchase displays, and digital print services.

The scope of work for this office renovation included the selective demolition of existing finishes in the reception area, main hallway, various private offices, employee kitchenette, restrooms, and staff lounge. Following demolition, Stewart & Tate installed modern finishes, including new flooring, lighting, cabinetry, and wall treatments, creating a more contemporary and efficient work environment.

Throughout the renovation process, our team prioritized minimal disruption to daily operations and maintained a clean, safe jobsite.
