Stewart & Tate Construction was selected to renovate 30,000 SF of existing warehouse space into a new snack food production area for 8 fryers and 5 new lines. Scope of work to include: extensive interior demolition, new structural steel, new slabs, new electrical, mechanical and processing upgrades, insulated metal panel walls, new cooler, six additional loading docks, new packaging space and warehouse office space, installation of new oil storage area and boiler room, and equipment relocation from Moonachie, NJ, plant. A new interior and exterior waste water treatment system will be constructed to include a new pump house, lift station, storage tanks (a 60,000 gal EQ tank and 10,000 gal sludge tank) and all interconnecting piping. Finally, existing restrooms and lab will be renovated and upgraded.
