Stewart & Tate Construction completed a comprehensive dealership renovation project for Faulkner Volvo in Lancaster, PA, enhancing both the main building and accessory building to create a more functional, efficient, and customer-friendly environment.

In the main building, the service writers area was expanded by reconfiguring secure storage space. The tire tool and storage area was upgraded. A new break room and meeting space was built with updated plumbing and electrical systems, new casework, and a sink. The locker rooms and restrooms underwent full renovation, including demolition, new partitions, fresh finishes, new flooring, lockers, toilet partitions, doors, and accessories. The service bay was improved with electrical modifications, relocated tube heaters, and durable urethane flooring.

The accessory building received extensive mechanical upgrades, including a new 6-ton rooftop unit, duct sox installation, and new 4-ton air handler and furnace split systems. The vehicle prep area now features LED high bay and strip lighting, EV charger wiring for four Level 2 units, fresh paint, urethane flooring, and lift installation. In the detail bay, outdated lighting was replaced with energy-efficient LED fixtures. The second-floor restrooms were completely rebuilt with new doors, modern lighting, VCT flooring, and updated plumbing fixtures.
