Stewart & Tate Construction completed a six-month renovation for Faulkner INFINITI of Mechanicsburg, transforming and expanding the dealership to enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency.

The project included demolition and reconstruction of 12,000 square feet of the existing facility, along with renovation of an additional 6,000 square feet. The upgraded dealership now features:

• A new INFINITI showroom
• Drive-in service reception area
• Seven fully equipped service bays

This comprehensive renovation modernized the dealership while aligning the facility with current automotive brand standards.

To meet the Owner’s schedule, construction began during the winter months. Crews navigated cold temperatures, snow, sleet, and hail — conditions that added complexity to site work and scheduling.

Despite these challenges, Stewart & Tate successfully delivered the project on time, demonstrating its expertise in managing phased automotive renovations under demanding conditions.
