Faulkner Car Wash & Detail Shop | Harrisburg, PA

Stewart & Tate managed the construction of a new 5,000-square-foot car wash and detail shop for the Faulkner Automotive Group, delivering a modern, high-performance facility designed for efficiency and customer convenience.

This ground-up commercial construction project included the erection of a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) that houses a state-of-the-art car wash tunnel, six vehicle detailing bays, two restrooms, an electrical room, and an equipment loft.

The scope of work began with complete site development, including asphalt demolition, grading, utility installation, reclaim tank placement, curbing, and new asphalt paving with line striping and signage. A heated entrance apron was also installed for year-round operation.

Building construction included excavation, footings, masonry foundation walls, PEMB erection, and full interior fit-out. The wash tunnel was equipped with a conveyor system and integrated wash equipment, while the detail bays feature urethane flooring, overhead air systems, and energy-efficient lighting and mechanical systems.

This project delivered a fully integrated and operational car wash and detailing facility designed to meet high-volume service needs with durability, efficiency, and customer convenience in mind.
