On this 6.52 acre site owned by the City of Aberdeen, Stewart & Tate Construction constructed the Department of Public Works’ maintenance building that includes a 12,240 SF first floor and 4,400 SF mezzanine; a 12,624 SF Vehicle Storage Building; and a 1,000 SF Fuel Canopy Area. The DPW maintenance building also contains offices, locker rooms & showers, bunk rooms, six vehicle service bays, heavy duty vehicle lifts, wash bay and jib crane.
