Stewart & Tate Construction was awarded a contract for the construction a 24,000 SF pre-engineered metal building to serve as the new US headquarters of Banner of Truth. The building features a 2,000 SF mezzanine for future office space, loading dock, retail store, office area and warehouse space.
Banner of Truth Trust publishes books and a monthly magazine.










After completing construction projects at two other branches, Stewart & Tate Construction was again contracted by the Members 1st Federal Credit Union to construct a new 2,893 SF branch in Bethlehem, PA. The building features a masonry exterior and an open lobby with glass doors and skylights.

This project involved the demolition of an existing restaurant and the subsequent construction of a new four-tenant neighborhood shopping center. This retail center features Chipotle, Jersey Mike’s Subs, PokéBowl Station and Supercuts brands.
Stewart & Tate completed the shell construction of the center as well as tenant fit-out work for Chipotle.




























After constructing the building shells for numerous retail centers across central Pennsylvania and Maryland, Stewart & Tate is often called upon to complete the fit-out work for incoming tenants — both local and national clients alike.
S&T has completed the fit-out of three stores for nationally-regcognized brand, Panera Bread. Each cafe features an upscale, open-concept dining area, full service commercial kitchen, drive-thru, and outdoor seating area.
Headquartered in Sunset Hill, Missouri, Panera Bread Company is an American chain of bakery-café fast casual restaurants in the United States and Canada with offerings including soups, salads, pasta, sandwiches, and bakery items.


















Stewart & Tate Construction was selected to perform the fit-out work for 16,500 SF of space within the building located at 1891 Loucks Road. The fit-out also included installing a sprinkler system and renovating and enlarging the existing west canopy.














Stewart & Tate Construction was awarded a contract for the construction of a new branch of Members 1st Federal Credit Union in East Cocalico Township, Lancaster County. The 2,626 SF building features a masonry exterior and an open lobby with glass doors and skylights.


















Stewart & Tate Construction has served as general contractor for six (6) Rutter’s convenience stores located throughout Southcentral Pennsylvania and Maryland. Each project features a restaurant-style kitchen, dining area, and gas pump island.












Stewart & Tate has served as general contractor for two (2) new Turkey Hill Minit Market facilities in central Pennsylvania. Work on each facility included the construction and related sitework for a new 4,500-square-foot facility featuring a full-service commercial kitchen, seating area, and 12+ fueling stations. Additionally, Stewart & Tate has been contracted to renovate various locations to update the decor and convert a portion of the store for alcohol sales.
Turkey Hill Minit Markets provides fresh food and beverages each and every day, including its popular coffee located in its Coffee Central. Stores offer a large variety of food and snacks, including the largest selection of Turkey Hill Ice Cream and Drinks. Currently, Turkey Hill has over 270 store locations in Pennsylvania, the Columbus, Ohio area, and Indiana.


















Stewart & Tate Construction was awarded a contract for the construction and tenant fit-out of a new 2-story, 27,872 SF office building. The steel frame building features a masonry and aluminum composite metal panel exterior.
The building will serve as offices for the Maryland Department of Human Services, Family Investment Administration and other state offices. It will join Swan Creek Village Center and Upper Chesapeake Health medical office building, both of which were constructed by Stewart & Tate Construction in 2010.










This project consisted of two phases. The first phase of construction included a new 40,140-square-foot retail shopping center consisting of three separate buildings and ten tenant spaces. The second phase of work involved the construction of a new 40,800-square-foot, 2-story medical office building. In addition to building over 80,000-square-feet of shell space, Stewart & Tate performed much of the tenant fit-out work as well.








Stewart & Tate Construction was selected to construct this new, 11,500 SF retail center located in southern York County. Work involved the demolition of an exisiting building, site grading, two new access drives, retaining wall, 78-space parking lot, and the construction of a 5-tenant retail center with a masonry shell and storefront glass. In addition to the extensive sitework and building shell construction, Stewart & Tate was selected to complete the tenant fit-out work for the center’s 5,000 SF anchor-store, Panera Bread, and for Great Clips. Construction was completed on a 6-month schedule.




















Since 2012, Stewart & Tate Construction has been called upon to construct numerous Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurants throughout central Pennsylvania and Maryland.
From tenant fit-outs to ground-up construction, Stewart & Tate has completed various styles of these restaurants on tight schedules and within budget. Each Chipotle includes a full service industrial kitchen, large dining area, modern windows and progressive design elements.








This project involved the construction of a new five-tenant neighborhood shopping center along Quentin Road in Lebanon, PA. The 13,055-square-foot retail center features all national brands including Panera Bread, Chipotle, AT&T, Aspen Dental, and The UPS Store.
Stewart & Tate completed the shell construction of the center as well as tenant fit-out work for anchor tenants, Panera Bread and Chipotle.








Stewart & Tate Construction was awarded a contract for the construction and related sitework of a new exercise facility at Proline Place in Straban Township, Gettysburg. The exterior of the 3,293 SF building, designed by KD3 Design Studio, features stone and board and batten siding in order to match the historical nature of the area.










This project involved the construction of a new 19,200 SF multi-tenant neighborhood shopping center at the northwest quadrant of the intersection of US Route 15 and PA Route 30 in Gettysburg, PA.
Stewart & Tate completed the shell construction of the center as well as tenant fit-out work for Panera Bread and landlord build-outs for Great Clips, Mattress Warehouse and Nail Salon.




Stewart & Tate Construction was selected to construct this new, 12,400-square-foot retail center located in Cumberland County. Work involved the demolition of an exisiting 21,000 SF building, site grading, 118-space parking lot, and the construction of a 4-tenant retail center with a masonry shell and storefront glass.
In addition to the sitework and building shell construction, Stewart & Tate was selected to complete the tenant fit-out work for the 3,028 SF CoreLife Eatery. This retail center also features Mission BBQ, Jersey Mike’s Subs and Mattress Warehouse.






After constructing the building shell of the Camp Hill retail center, Stewart & Tate was hired to complete the fit-out work for incoming tenant, CoreLife Eatery. The restaurant features an upscale, open-concept dining area for 102 people, full service commercial kitchen and an outdoor seating area with a Pergola.
CoreLife started in 2015 in Syracuse, New York and operates with a mission to offer “the whole foods that our bodies really need, not just convenience.”
























Stewart & Tate Construction completed an interior renovation project for the new Community Aid thrift store in Lancaster, Pa. The project involved the 40,000 square-foot renovation of a former Weis Market into open retail space for the thrift store. Work also involved the addition of employee offices and bathrooms, renovation of the store’s sorting area/loading docks, and the construction of a donation drop-off ramp on the side of the building.
The opening of this new location marks the fourth store for the faith-based nonprofit headquartered in Mechanicsburg, Pa.


















Stewart & Tate Construction recently completed the construction of a new, 4,840-square-foot retail center shell for York, PA-based developer, Apple Retail Properties.
The project involved the demolition of an existing auto dealership and the construction of a new building featuring two restaurant tenant spaces. Stewart & Tate also completed the tenant fit-out work for Chipotle.










This project involved the construction of a 29,650 SF strip center located in Hopewell Township in Shrewsbury, PA. The shopping center was designed with 5 tenant spaces. In addition to constructing the building shell, Stewart & Tate Construction also completed the tenant fit-out work for Gold’s Gym, Bill Bateman’s Restaurant and Original Pizza located in this shopping center
















Stewart & Tate Construction has served as general contractor for six (6) Royal Farms convenience stores located throughout south central Pennsylvania and Maryland. Each project features a full service kitchen, dining area, gas pump island, and car wash.










Stewart & Tate Construction served as the general contractor for this medical office building shell in Perryville, MD. The project involved extensive earthwork and the construction of a 24,000 SF, masonry veneer/EIFS facade building shell. The building was built for developer, Stewart Properties with the intent to lease the office spaces to multiple medical practices. Construction duration was 13 months.












Stewart & Tate Construction completed the tenant fit-out of this Pei Wei Asian Diner located in the Hunt Valley Towne Centre in Cockeysville, MD. The fit-out of the 3,385 SF, 66-seat restaurant began in September of 2013 and was completed on a fast-track schedule of only 11 weeks.












This 35,000 SF, 10 tenant addition to a regional mall meant maintaining parking availability and keeping an entrance open at all times for customers while transforming the entire side of the mall into an outdoor streetscape complete with courtyard, fountains and planters. Construction phasing and staging were critical. Staging was accomplished by fencing a small area on the outskirts of the parking lot and building chutes for pedestrian crossing. Interior renovations were necessary to take over sections of existing retail spaces to become additional space for the new tenants in the streetscape area. Within seven months, the exterior shell of The Fountain Shoppes was ready to receive the new national retail and restaurant tenants. Stewart & Tate continued on to assist in the coordination of the tenant fit-out work while completing the upscale JB Dawsons restaurant which now occupies one of the spaces.

Stewart & Tate Construction was selected by commerical realtor, LMS to construct two new buildings in the Oregon Commons Professional Center located along Oregon Pike in Lancaster. Construction involved the building shell for both facilites and an interior fit-out fo one of the spaces to serve as medical offices. Construction duration of the 7,700 SF and 5,600 SF buildings was 5 months.








This project involved construction of a one-story split brick, ribbed metal panel branch bank facility including three drive-thru lanes, site development and landscaping. Interior finishes were by the owner. The construction time was 120 days.








This project involved the construction of a new four-tenant neighborhood shopping center at the premiere corner of Eisenhower Drive and Carlisle Pike in Hanover, PA. The 12,934 SF Phase one was completed in February 2018, with the 4,500 SF Phase two underway. This retail center features Starbucks, Firehouse Subs, Great Clips and MOD Pizza brands.
Stewart & Tate completed the shell construction of the center as well as tenant fit-out work for MOD Pizza and Great Clips.
















This project involved the construction of a 29,650 SF strip center located in Hopewell Township in Shrewsbury, PA. The shopping center was designed with 5 tenant spaces. In addition to constructing the building shell, Stewart & Tate Construction also completed the tenant fit-out work for Gold’s Gym, Bill Bateman’s Restaurant and Original Pizza located in this facility.










Stewart & Tate Construction completed the construction of this new Dairy Queen Grill & Chill located in West Manchester Township, York County. The restaurant features a full-service industrial kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining space, and drive-thru window/lane.










Selected as general contractor for this shopping center project, Stewart & Tate embarked on an aggressive value engineering process, working with the owner, architect and site engineer to maximize the gross leasable area and minimize project cost. To meet parking requirements, over half of the site had to be lowered approximately 20 feet. A portion of the site’s existing mall building was gutted and retained while remaining buildings were totally demolished and new pad sites created.
The project includes more than 134,000 SF of new space for 14 separate tenants as well as multiple out-parcels. Much of the design and pricing for these tenant spaces was performed “on the fly” to stay on track with the Owner’s rapid pace of shell building construction, leasing, and tenant improvements.














More than a decade after completing the original construction of the building, Stewart & Tate Construction was selected to renovate the offices for its current owner, CGA Law Firm. The renovations included two complete floors of Class A office space along with minor renovations to the three remaining floors.
More than a decade before this renovation, Stewart & Tate constructed this 32,000 SF, four (4) story downtown headquarters building with a fifth floor lounge and mechanical room. The building is a steel frame building that utilizes lightweight concrete floor fill, and consists of an exterior of mainly brick with dryvit and cast stone accents.












The renovation and expansion of Bon Ton’s premier location at the Park City Center in Lancaster, PA was a large and complex project which involved a two-sided, one level addition constructed against a three-sided, two level building. Two of the four main entrances were under construction simultaneously. The signature retail store remained fully functional and open for business throughout the expansion and complete renovation of the interior.












Stewart & Tate Construction was selected to complete the tenant fit-out work for this new Anytime Fitness facility at the Village Commons in East Petersburg, PA. The project involved the fit-out of a 4,500-square-foot gym with space for cardio machines and free weights, a small-group fitness room, a tanning bed room, two individual showers/bathrooms, and office spaces. The work also involved elements to be completed in accordance with franchise brand guidelines. The Anytime Fitness club is open to members 24/7 and gives members access to nearly 3,000 club locations worldwide.
