Northside Commons Phase 2 Project Continues to Take Shape
May 19, 2026 – Brick by brick, the York College of Pennsylvania Northside Commons Phase 2 project continues to take shape!
This past month brought major progress across the site, including completion of the east side storm water tie-in, elevator installation, and nearly finished first-floor flooring. Brick veneer and cast stone work are close to completion, while interior finishes, painting, lighting, and fixture installations continue throughout the building.
