Johnson Controls’ Shrewsbury Development Center Continues to Take Shape

May 19, 2016 —Progress continues at the new Johnson Controls campus being built near I-83 in Shrewsbury, PA.

The $150M project involves the construction of a 100,000-square-foot office building and a 286,000-square-foot testing facility.

The building team for the project is a joint venture between McCarthy Building Companies of St. Louis, PJ Dick of Pittsburgh and Stewart & Tate Construction of York.
