Joe DiTonno Promoted to the position of Director of Preconstruction for the Building Division

May 11, 2023 – We are pleased to announce the promotion of Joe DiTonno to the position of Director of Preconstruction for the Building Division. Joe was previously serving in the role of Senior Estimator/Project Executive.

As the Director of Preconstruction Joe will lead the planning on the construction project before the actual building of the project begins. In his new role, he will work with designers, estimators and project managers to ensure the project starts out on the right foot. He will be responsible for reviewing all preconstruction documents, developing and maintaining positive relationships and communications with the client, project team, designers, engineers and subcontractors. He will also be responsible for take-off and budgets in collaboration with the Estimating team as well as developing the preconstruction schedule and monitor the progress of that schedule.

Joe will continue to be the Project Executive for our Faulkner Automotive and Apple Automotive projects.
