Heritage Logistics Park in Manchester, PA, Complete

March 17, 2020 – Stewart & Tate Construction recently completed three concrete tilt-up distribution buildings on Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Heritage Logistics Park, located at the exit 24 interchange of Interstate 83 in Manchester, PA. The buildings range from 110,400 SF to 202,500 SF and feature 32-foot clear height with loading dock doors, drive-in doors, dedicated office space, trailer stalls and parking spaces.
