Groundbreaking for a New Zaxby’s Restaurant

May 13, 2026 – Stewart & Tate celebrated the groundbreaking of a new Zaxby’s restaurant at Chesapeake Overlook in Perryville, MD, on May 4. The popular Georgia-based chicken restaurant will feature seating for up to 30 guests, along with a dual drive-thru designed for convenient meals on the go. Construction is expected to be completed in late November or early December.
