Celebrating the completion of York College Northside Commons Phase 2!

August 13, 2026 – Today, Stewart & Tate joined York College of Pennsylvania and project partners Capital Construction Management, Warehaus and JDB Engineering, Inc. for a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the completion of the 60,965-square-foot addition to Northside Commons.

As a company rooted right here in York, we take great pride in building projects that strengthen the community we call home. Partnering with York College—a cornerstone of our community—made this project especially meaningful to our team.

Northside Commons Phase 2 was thoughtfully designed as a learning-living community, with spaces that support both academic growth and everyday student life. From study lounges and communal spaces to new housing, kitchen areas, laundry facilities, and bike storage, the addition will give students opportunities to learn, connect, and build lasting friendships right where they live.
