Brad Bowman to Transition to Customer Experience Manager

July 9, 2024 – We are pleased to announce that Brad Bowman will be transitioning from his current position of Project Manager/Estimator in the Industrial Services Group to his new role of Customer Experience Manager. Brad will also be transitioning from full-time to part-time to serve in his new role. This transition will start on Monday, July 22, 2024.

Brad started with S&T in 1988 as a General Foreman. After successfully completing some larger projects for the company, Brad advanced to a new role as Project Superintendent. In 2003, Brad assumed the Superintendent position on the York Hospital Patient Care Tower Project which lasted 3 years. In 2006, Brad was promoted to Project Manager/Estimator where he provided our customers with 18 years of service and support.

Brad’s 36 years of construction and customer service experience will serve him well as our Customer Experience Manager. He will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Marketing, and our Project Managers to support current customer relationships as well as create new ones.

Brad’s hobbies are woodworking and fly fishing for trout while spending relaxing times at his camper on Pine Creek in Northern PA.
