$1.3M Project at Oregon Pike Professional Center Complete
October 24, 2014 — Construction of the second and third buildings in the Oregon Pike Professional Center has been completed. Selected by Lancaster-based developer, LMS Commercial Real Estate, Stewart & Tate Construction of York broke ground on the facilities in June.
The $1.3M project involved the construction of two office buildings— a 7,800-square-foot office facility for Lancaster Family Practice Associates and a 5,700-square-foot office building.
Located along Oregon Pike opposite the Lancaster Shopping Center, the new building for Lancaster Family Practice Associates is being leased to practice owner, Heart of Lancaster, and the second building is currently available for lease.
