Our bituminous paving crews are PennDOT certified and routinely work in heavy traffic environments. We are equally comfortable performing pavement rehabilitation work as well as new construction. Many local utilities rely on Stewart & Tate to perform their permanent pavement patching. We use the latest computer technology to organize, schedule and track thousands of patches every year.

The company has always maintained in house capability for concrete construction. In addition to retaining walls, we have completed many bridges and box culverts on local roads. When concrete repair and restoration work is part of the job, our crews are both prepared and qualified to perform the work.
